1. Recently Gawker.com claimed that it had a copy of Sarah Palin’s SAT scores. As it turns out, this was not true. What it in fact had was the altered SAT score report of my friend Dawn Eden. It gets stranger from there. This is really unfortunate for many reasons, but particularly since Dawn is one of the nicest people I know and doesn’t need this incredibly condescending “retraction”, if one wants to call it that.
2. Yet another friend, the always-natty Mike Fragoso over at FRC, has an excellent article on MercatorNet about the difficulties posed by conscientious doctors in a world which is increasingly coming view the right to murder unborn children as a fundamental human right.
